Wasn't sure I needed to replace 20 year old cuisinart coffee maker but have been enjoying new version. Sleek looks and more predictable operation (old one would turn off after brewing sometimes) are appreciated. Filling with water is a little awkward while trying to watch fill level, but I'm getting used to it.

a nice improvement the 14 cup ... more coffee, and the brewing cycle distributes the hot water better , and it maybe ? even uses less coffee because of that .. a great unit !

I just bought this to replace another Cuisinaty coffeemake, which was much simpler and easier to use. This model came highly rated, but the touchscreen is a bit tricky to use - there is no easy way that I see to check that the auto-brew is correctly set and switched on. Also, the coffemaker stays very wet inside the top long after brewing - better ventilation of this area would help.

I love the styling and smaller size of the coffee maker. Easy to use, after reading the instructions carefully. The coffee pot holds 14 cups, which i like, but the cover is not user friendly, and the carafe does not do a good job of adding water to the water tank. It’s best to use a measuring cup. It also keep the coffee hot for 4 hours, at different levels of heat, a plus for me. I would recommend this product.

I like the glass pot better than the metal, it is more dishwasher safe and cleans better. The 4 cup mode actually works, other brands did not brew the right strength. Being single but at times having guests which needs a larger brew works out perfect with this coffee maker.
