I’ve had this coffee maker for about six weeks. It makes excellent coffee and I like the clean look of the touchscreen. There are two things I would change about this coffee maker. I would make it easier to fill and I would add a water level line on both sides of the reservoir.

This is a very good coffee maker. We are pleased with coffee that it produces (Dunkin Donuts Decaf). A couple of recommendations: consider hinging their on the left. That will make it easier to pour water into the well. Provide a visual cue that the filter basket is correctly seated. We had an incident in which this wasn't the case.

The coffee maker is stylish, yet understated with its simple display when not in use. Most importantly, the DCC-T20 makes delicious coffee. Cleanup is easy, and the 14 cup size is great for parties and other gatherings with guests and family. I’ve never seen a coffee maker with a selectable warming base, but have found it useful in keeping coffee at a desirable temperature.

The coffee it makes tastes really good and I can see why consumer reports scored it so well. I love the washable filter and I especially love that it has an activated charcoal filter built into the water reservoir. My only beef is that the user interface is not that intuitive. The touch screen buttons seemed like they were designed with a logic stack from a different culture than the US market, and as a result a lot of the programming and button processes feel really awkward. For the price, I feel the GUI should be much more intuitive.

Is dependable. I like the design. It is noisy when it is brewing. It is somewhat difficult to program and use the buttons, especially for the auto timer. My old model was much easier to program and set. It is a little difficult to put water in it, as it is difficult to pour the water from the coffee pot to the coffee maker.

I'm dissapointed. Yes-it makes a great cup of coffee. But the carafe is hard to keep clean, and when pouring the water from the carafe into the reservoir, the pot spills and leaks and is unable to empty compleltey, leaving water in the bottom. So there's an extra step to make coffee-over filling the carafe and measuing water with the window in the reservoir, or measuring water in the carafe and then having to empty the carafe completley in the sink before making coffee. It's annoying enough that I wish I never bought this product. I also hate that the carafe lid doesn't click firmly into place. It doesn't flip up and down. It's on or it's off. And when it's on you're never sure if it's REALLY on because of the lack of a snap or click to let you know it's seated.

My review is skewed by me to reflect initial issues with the coffeemaker. My first unit leaked when filled. I reordered a second unit which also leaked when filled. I reordered a third unit that did not leak. The only issue I now have is that the coffee grounds overflow into the coffee if I add more than 2 scoops of grounds. Our scoop holds about 1/4 cup. So I either have to make less coffee which defeats the 14 capacity usage or make weaker coffee, which defeats my perceived caffeine requirements.
