Quality insert, Low quality specs/description

I bought this knowing it didn't come with a lid, I read that it works with most pans in within a size range and that part holds true. The issue is that there are no specifications readily available about what lid this steamer will work with. This did not work with my existing lids, so I purchased the Viking 2.4 quart sauce pan with lid, again the insert fits in the pot no problem but the lid doesn't fit. I am not sure what good a steamer insert is without a lid. Viking should be more upfront about what lids fit this steamer so that customers don't hope they have the right lid at home or guess only to end up buying and returning products until you finally get it right. It really isn't that hard to link a product or in the description state what viking lids explicitly work with this steamer.
Unrelated to the product but absolutely silly, I cant review the product with my name because someone else has already. I guess multiple people with the same name can't review a product?

Fits in my 5 qt stainless steel pot (not Viking) and the two handles make easy to handle. Was hoping to wash in the dishwasher, but it takes up a lot of room, so I hand wash.

Product itself is fine but doesn’t come with a lid and the lid with the pan it fits into it too small as this bows out larger than the top of the pan.
