Perfect - No notes!

Every piece feels heavy and sturdy, so I can tell this set will last me a very long time. Super easy to clean which I love! It comes with every pot/pan I’d ever need so it’s nice it comes all in one set.

Beautiful non stick pans

They are non stick even scrambled eggs don’t stick to these pans, they are a great investment for your kitchen,

Better Than My Le Creuset!

I’m a pretty serious home cook and one of my adult kids is a chef in Austin, so I was elated to get the chance to test this Viking cookware set.
I can honestly say I’ve used every piece in this set—hard!—for the last several weeks. I have sauteed, parboiled, simmered, stewed, roasted, reduced and glazed.
As the review caption states, I feel that this cookware does a superior job compared to my Le Creuset—I’ve replaced using that day-to-day with all the Viking pieces. The Viking set is solid, well-balanced, and much lighter to work with, yet it’s anything but flimsy. The anodized non-stick finish works flawlessly, and I think these pots and pans are excellent at conducting heat quickly and evenly. They put an insane sear on steaks and make bubbling sauces in minutes. They create lovely fonds and gravies and rice and homemade hot fudge...the list goes on!
The real test came when my professional-chef son came home for a couple of days…he willingly slung the Viking stuff around my rangetop mercilessly and pronounced it “fabulous.” He made seared scallops, a gratin, vegetables, pilaf, and reduced a bunch of fresh fruit for a compote topping on a cake, all with this cookware.
It has definitely more than passed the “at-home” test. We both appreciate the measurement markings in some of the pieces as well as how well-made and ergonomically thoughtful the set is. It’s also very attractive. I find myself reaching for it multiple times a day, while the Le Creuset sits at the back of the pantry now (utterly true).
This is a lovely set of cookware, and I enthusiastically recommend it for anyone looking to give their home cooking a professional bump.
I would have a hard time picking a favorite piece from this set…they’re all so useful. The large stew pot isn’t pictured here because it’s brining a chicken in the fridge—!

Great nonstick cookware set in the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried so many cookware until now, and I’m obsessed with this Viking nonstick set. This includes every kind of pots and pans I will need in my kitchen. And I can see and feel that the nonstick coating is very durable as well as the inner material of the set. I love cooking eggs using fry-pan, and it could always gliding around, even with just a little oil. It might be little heavy for someone, but for me I can handle it, and it means it’s durable. It’s easy to clean since it’s nonstick, most of the time I hand wash it. I already recommend it to my extended family and friends. I would say it worth the money.

Non stick and self measured!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these pots and pans! I have had my old set of Belgique for 20 years, they are stainless steel and copper bottom. I will still keep those around for when I need to brown the proteins but the Viking non stick pots have been great! Rice cooks perfect and the measuring lines make it so nice to not dirty so many measuring cups! They fit and store nicely into my cabinet roll out.
