Unbalanced and not flat bottomed

The bottom has never been flat and has not worked well with a gas grate cooktop nor induction burner. Additionally, the handle weighs inordinately too much for the pan and it tips a little bit, aided by the unevenness of the bottom. This problem causes any oil or butter in the pan to accumulate in one spot, making it an uneven cooking surface. The non-flat bottom makes heating the pan take a little longer, and it also heats unevenly. This all adds up to inefficiency which one is trying to gain from using induction.
after 20 years of usage, occasional misusage, the older saute pans are yet in great shape...I got older but the cookware set we bought years ago isn't aging like other pieces in the kitchen...this is the only cookware that actually sautes difficult food items like pre-cooked pasta without sticking at all...we are both in our 70's and simply can not see having any other cookware in the kitchen, especially since food costs demand not having an incedent causing waste from improper preperation.
The 8 in fry pans does not work on my induction range top as stated. I don’t know if it’s too small or too light to conduct the heat. The larger pans do work.
