Stylish and Unique

This is the ONLY over the range microwave that I could find that has a backlit keypad. Functions are easily visible in a dimly lit kitchen. Mirror finish across the central portion of the front and no visible door handle make it stylish and easy to clean. More cooking features than many other units even potential voice activated cooking (not really practical for my use).
The downside is the interior is barely visible when cooking due to the shielding grid and window shading. The interior is a dark gray and the LED light is not very bright. Furthermore the door window is higher than most so unless you are tall its difficult to see a flat plate on the turntable.
P.S. Quality control needs to be improved as the back lighting on the keypad was not functional on the new unit requiring a service call. Not acceptable for a costly unit.

Horrible experience

We bought this microwave with high expectations but so far it has just been a consistent nightmare for our family. We just want a working microwave but the entire process to get a solution have been lengthy and painful. This microwave only worked for a few weeks since we bought it. Most of 2021 year (so far January to March) was spent trying to get a solution so this microwave could finally work. We thought we recently got the right support after a repair but it stopped working again. Be cautious in your purchase. Be prepared to create a lot of troubleshooting time if you happen to receive a faulty product like we did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality

We had Haier tech install this unit for us and as soon as he opened the box, he said the quality of this product is the worst thing he saw. the 1st unit was totally destroyed during the 1st installation because of the poor quality, you can see in the picture that the main bracket was bent as well as the microwave body. we got a replacement but the inside is too small, it comes with a mirror-type glasses and you can see fingerprint all over this product ( we purchased black stainless steel and paid 100$ more to avoid finger print).
it dose not worth the money we paid.

Installation was easy, although I think the paper template included in the box was incorrect. The holes on the paper did not match the holes on the wall bracket. Good thing I checked before drilling!
It is working very well so far, and connected up with Alexa easily. My only other complaint is that it is not very fingerprint resistant. Despite cleaning, it is already stained with fingerprints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
