Durable material, well made zippers lightweight. Comfortable on my back. Does not slide my shoulders like my old Jansport pack. Holds 3 jackets and 2 water bottles but not much more. Just the size I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this pack going on 3 years now and have not had a single issue with it. I use it everyday and it shows no signs of wear. I keep it packed with about 15-20 lbs regularly and the stitching has held up fine. For those interested it will also hold a standard 32L Nalgene, its a squeeze but it will fit.
I bought this for work being I'm now in an office. I now have a laptop, tablet, multiple charges, power bank for my phone, portfolio notebook, rechargeable batteries, and quite a few other things I have to keep on hand. Even though I have my own desk, i still have to have easy access to these when I have to go out. The backpack carries everything I need and still has ample room. The backpack is not bulky, very comfortable, and looks very professional. Highly recommended for anyone needing either a professional back or even just a well made backpack.
High quality, lots of hidden pockets, and love the full sized trolley sleeve. Jury is still out on the zippers though… as they seemed a bit tight and stiff…waiting to see if they loosen up and fly right, or if there’s a snag in the making. Otherwise…I do wish there was a smaller version of this same bag, with a trolley sleeve, as I’d actually prefer one that’s more compact, but no trolley sleeve is a deal breaker for me.
