I bought this about a month ago, expecting good quality and that is what I received. At first, the zippers and pockets were confusing, but it was clear that there is lots of space in the bag.

Love the quality of High Sierra back packs. I use mine for work as a teacher who works out of several classrooms. Would prefer the front pouch be divided for all those little things that are part of my mobile teacher desk.

This is a great streamlined backpack. My son uses it for high school. the only issue is the main compartment is just big enough for his 3 binders and a few folders and nothing else. His laptop fits comfortably in the back compartment. When he brings his lunch he has to carry that separately, but he'd prefer it to fit in the backpack
