Wrong language

Purchased this to replace a version I purchased last year. Made the mistake in putting the country as Canada so it defaulted to French. Tried to resolve the issue through McAfee but no luck. I will not be able to switch the language to English unless I allow the subscription to expire. Not willing to allow that to happen so I guess I'm stuck with the French version. I'll never buy this product again. The customer service from McAfee is terrible and they are very condescending. If you buy this product don't make any mistakes when signing up or you're stuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used McAfee Total protection for 6 years . I like the way it works and as long as that doesn't change I will always us it .

Easy to use

I recently moved from Apple to Surface pro 7. Virus protectors was one of the reasons I was reluctant to make the move. McAfee is nonintrusive and easy to use.

some difficulty installing

2 out of 3 of our laptops installed fine- the 3rd one did not- had to call tech support- he could not fix- escalated to supervisor- he called the next day and had to take over my computer to install it- I really don't like having to do that
