Great Convection Microwave

I purchased two higher priced convection microwaves before this one. Found the cavity too small on one, and wasn't impressed by the other for money spent. This one got good reviews, has many features and costs substantially less. After putting it through its paces for two months and using all the features, like baking, roasting, air frying, I'm happy to recommend this microwave convection oven. It actually reheats food and cook's fresh veggies perfectly without constantly checking it so very happy customer here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value convection microwave

Very easy to set up and use. Make sure you follow the space requirement guidelines as it does get hot on modes like convection. Quite easy to select between Auto cooking modes or manual; works great although l find l generally use shorter cooking times than what’s suggested. All in all, a very good combination oven.

Not worth the money

Where do I start? The dial is ridiculous; it goes in 10-second increments for the microwave function. The Baking and Roasting functions only go as high as 400F. I used the Baking function to cook a frozen dinner and it burned it. The instructions for the dinner said to use 425F so I would hate to see what would have happened had the oven been able to go to that temperature. The Air Fry and Convection cooking functions are virtually identical except that Convection has to preheat the oven, although I don't know why. In fact, the Air Fry function is really the only non-microwave function that works rather well. I've ended up using it for pretty much any non-microwave cooking. And the biggest problem is that the temperature settings for the non-microwave functions once again have huge gaps in the settings. Air Fry goes from 425 to 350F with nothing in between.
I'm waiting for a different brand and model unit to arrive so that I can return this one. I wouldn't recommend this unit.

DON’T BUY IT

I was so excited to find this product because I’ve always wanted an air fryer, and also needed a microwave. But, I hate having multiple appliances take up counter space. The visual appeal is nice and modern, I’ll give them a little credit for that. This product is a decent microwave, but for the $450 price tag, it does not perform any of the other settings decently. I knew it was too good to be true, and at the time I bought, this product had no reviews. I see now they must have given some away for free because all the other reviews are part of a promotion lol... So here’s my honest review, as someone who paid full price and is now stuck with another useless appliance.
The “air-fry” setting takes twice as long, maybe even three times the amount of a normal air-frier on its maximum setting. I have tried chicken wings, salmon, sausages, potatoes, broccoli, zucchini, etc and the veggies never crisp up no matter how thinly I slice them. They come out dehydrated yet soggy…? There’s also only one small tray, which means If you are cooking for more than 1 person, you can maybe cook a single potato, or 6 chicken wings at a time. The toast setting is also terrible. The bread will toast on top, but the bottom will be soggy/soft. Also takes 5-8 minutes to toast a piece of bread. The pizza setting is also a joke. The top will bubble beautifully, but then your dough won’t cook on the bottom. I had to finish cooking my pizza on a pan. I tried making salmon, and oddly enough it came out over cooked. The timing and heat settings are all wrong... It has a lot of presets which I thought was really cool, but based on the weight of the food etc, none of it seems accurately calculated. I don’t believe they have tested their own settings very well. If you want to microwave a plate of rice for example, you’re looking at about 4.5 minutes. If you’re looking to make 6 wings, that’s about 28 minutes. If you want fries, well forget about it, you’ll have them in an hour, maybe the next day. Even then, they won’t be cooked in the middle.
I really wanted to love this product. I am disappointed I can’t return this after two months of use. I had to give it a chance and try many things. It just doesn’t do it. Don’t make the mistake, just get a nice $200 air-frier and a $50 microwave and you’ll be way happier.

I'm very desapointed!! Just received my 4-1 Galanz and it's missing all my airfryer accessoires. whats makes it almost useless to me!

The only thing I do not like is the location of the instructions on the inside of the door. The print is so small I can not read it with out a help. I love how many cooking functions it has and how it cooks. I have used all but the toasted oven and I am impressed with everything

Do not turst the warranty

It’s broken within 1 year but the manufacturing company said they don't want to deal with this. The quality is questionable but no one can solve this issue in Bstbuy store.
