Very good but miss a couple key features

Overall, the bidet seat does its job very well. As far as the clean goes, it’s spot on! The seat is very comfortable and makes using the toilet easier with my sciatic issues. Much less pain because the seat is more rounded over and has less pinch point behind the thigh. The heated seat makes things more comfortable as well. No more middle of the night cold shock!
Missing features: on a unit of this price I would expect the remote buttons and display to be back lit for easier use at night. Second is a 2 person memory function for personal wash preferences.

Amazing Durability and Performance:More Than4years

I’ve been using the Bio Bidet Discovery DLS for more than 4 years and have moved it across 4 different apartments without any problems. It still works perfectly, and the original remote control batteries are still going strong. The build quality is outstanding, and the advanced features truly enhance comfort and hygiene. Definitely a product you can trust and worth every penny. Absolutely love it!

This is our fourth bidet from your company. we like the remote control and the automatic seat sensor that raises and lowers the seat. The night light is another great item at night. The unit was extremely easy to install and connect.

Top of the Line

I have three water closets in our home. I have BB-2000's installed on two of them. On the guest room I have a very good bidet seat that you can sit on the closed seat cover, something you cannot do with the BB-2000's.
When treated with radiation for prostate cancer, the Vortex Wash was very helpful in insuring I had a empty rectum prior to treatment. My wife and I cannot go back to life without a BB- 2000, and we miss them when travelling.
We highly recommend it.

I have a BB2000 that I have loved for years and I bought a new house, had 3 outlets installed and ordered 3 BB2000, one for each bathroom. They all work great!
