I cannot say enough about this amazing product. It has taken our bathroom adventures to a whole new level. From cleaning the special zone, then the ability to fan dry is just spectacular. If you're looking to ELEVATE your bathroom experience, I truly recommend the BB 2000. Clean, Safe and just dog gone fun!

Bio bidet

This is my second BioBidet. I had the first one for 7 1/2 years and sold my house and left it there. It is a great unit. Keeps me fresh and clean. Wife loves it too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as quiet or as warm as previous seats

I purchased two BB-2000 Seats 2 years ago and was totally satisfied with them. Just moved in to another house, purchased 3 BB- 2000 seats and have installed 2 of them thus far. Regrettably both of these seats are much, much louder and can be heard well outside the bathroom when the unit is in the operation of supplying cleansing water. Noise when the fan is turned on is comparable to the previous 2 seats however fan operation in both seats recently purchased do not appear to be providing the level of warmth as did the previous seats.

We took a chance five years ago, and are still happy with the original purchase. The new one just arrived and was as easy to install as I remembered. Great product.

Where is the owner's manual

This is infuriating. The bidet sprays water up my back. I can't find any sort of owner's manual to explain how the remote works or how to adjust where the water sprays.

BB2000 is a lifesaver

We have been using the BB2000 for approx 9 years and we are extremely impressed both with the company itself and the actual BB2000 unit.
We have experienced malfunctions with the units and the company is very quick at replacing defective units.
Our adult son lives with us,he is physically challenged and without the BB2000 our lives would be very difficult the unit gives our son the ability to look after his own hygiene without our assistance which is very important to his mental well being.
