Worst Purchase

I'm so disappointed in this toilet. I actually wished I could return it and get something better. Obviously cost isn't an issue. I previously had a bioBidet seat and really liked it. I figured I would splurge and upgrade to this toilet. The bioBidet seat I had actually had more features than this toilet. The heated seat on this toilet actually cools down after about 2 minutes of sitting on it. What's the point of having a heated seat if it doesn't stay warm? Also, the water pressure does not keep the settings that you prefer; there's no memory settings. Guess what setting it uses? The hardest water pressure! Ladies: if you have any feelings down there at all, this toilet will blast it right off!!! To preserve the sensitivity of your private parts, you would have to adjust the pressure EVERY TIME. Again, really disappointed. This is the worst purchase in years. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Amazing quality toilet

We went through multiple toilets that were very difficult to install not only that but unbelievably terrible quality that malfunctions. This toilet is definitely worth the money, it has all the features to support elderly adults who cannot use bathroom properly but also has very convenient options for every day use. It is extremely comfortable and easy to use. it is a great purchase and the best quality if you’re looking for this type of toilet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !*

My Daughter has one, I said i will never purchase one,What a joke.Got one from Santa so i hooked it up,Easy hook up,If I can hook it up any body can.WOW Never say never.I will take back the words.Only draw back is sitting that extra minute but worth the wait.Thanks for making an old man happy.

One of the best so far

The flush is extremely powerful and it self-cleans the bowl without me needing to clean the inside bowl. The only complaint that it's too powerful and water will splash out if the lid isn't closed. The lid sensor was also too sensitive causing it to go up when no one was there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Toilet

My husband travels to Japan often and is always telling me about the toilets there. When remodeling the master bath I decided to purchase this bio bidet as a joke. Turns out, I can’t believe how much I love this toilet! ( I can’t believe that I would ever say that about a toilet). While I wish the drying Feature worked a little better I still think this is an awesome toilet. I want one for the guest bedroom too.
