Solve my problem

I have been used it for more than four months. No hemorrhoids anymore. Only nozzle failed to come out after I push the button for several times. Overall I really like it.

This is the limousine of bidet seats. It is pricey compared to others, but you won't be disappointed. Having warm water and a dryer improves the personal value of the product. Cold water isn't the greatest.

only sometimes malfunction on nozzle to spray, have to push on stop then push on wash buttons.

My experience with HD 7000

I bought 3 couple days ago, installed it yesterday.
I used to use this kind of seats in Korea & Taiwan.

But , HD 7000. :
The seat is smaller, shorter. I feel not that comfortable.
The heat , I turned to High , it’s only mildly warm.
The water , mild warm only . I like it comfortably mild hot or warm enough . If continuously 3 times , it getting cold .
I tried many times, Wash , Bidet , Turbo , water were came from the same direction . No difference at all.
The Nozzle adjust , it seems not really adjusted.
Dry , the air not hot , not even that warm . Of course after 2 times of 3 minutes air , the butt is still very wet.
The seat was wet after use . It won’t happen when I used other brands in Korea and Taiwan.

Love My Bidet!

This is a review for the BB-1200L (I forgot to write a review) and the BB-Slim 3 models. I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed with the 1200L, inside of one month, I bought the second one. I no longer feel "clean" when I go to the restroom and have to rely on paper alone. I am so happy with my purchases thus far! I really don't see myself without them. I highly recommend.

Game changer

I purchased this item as a plus-sized individual because I was having surgery and didn't want to lose my Independence upon arrival. Installation was a breeze and I am by no means a plumber or handyman. It took me about 20 minutes. Would have been less time except I didn't get it lined up right to start with. This item is a game changer heated seats no more cold butts in the morning, warm water, warm air drying, love the nightlight no more bright lights in the middle of the night. Let's not even start on the money I'll save on toilet paper. Where have you been all my life.

Broke in less than 2 years

I bought 2 of these for 2 of my bathrooms and a different brand for a third bathroom. The first one had the seat split in the front of the seat making it completely unusable, I removed it and chalked it up to a one off, then my second one broke at the hinge yesterday making the seat unable to stand open on its own
I weigh 175 pounds so I'm not overweight so that is not the issues. I thought I was buying a quality brand but with 2 failures in under 2 years I'm very disappointed. Both these seats looked great and had wonderful functionality up until the failures so now I have to replace this second one. I have already thrown out the first one without taking a picture unfortunately but this second one you can see the hinge broke in the picture
