Very good with one small exception

I like the overall product very much. I just wish the lights had two levels and that the exhaust fan
levels were set back some. The lowest level is still a bit noisy. Overall though I like it and would recommend it.

Finally got it installed. Was easier than expected. It was a bit awkward and heavy. Looks great and matches my kitchen appliances.

The stainless hood is definitely the "show piece" of the kitchen, bar and dining area. I priced hoods at multiple "big box" stores and on-line and this hood was the most attractive and priced below the competition.

During my original purchase I ordered the wrong item. Call explained my problem they helped me order the correct unit, sent me return authorization along with shipping tags and information. Once they received the returned product at their facility the issued a credit for the original. In total it took about 10 days. Good Company good product and knowledgably people on the phone Thanks
