If your ceiling height is typical for a residential home, 7’ 6” or so, the installation will be tricky. I was not able to achieve the maximum height above the stovetop and have a smooth installation. The closer the blower unit gets to the ceiling the exhaust duct is less likely to make it through the opening in the ceiling bracket.

Great Go To Hood

Love this exhaust hood. Put one up in our outdoor kitchen. Works great Sleek design is not as big and bulky as some of the others in a small place. 2 of my neighbors have actually installed sme hood. Cost and performance are also a great deciding factor. It not easy find a reliable 304 hood other than Zline

Nice but Lights Stopped Working

I bought this in March 2018 and the lights just stopped working within the warranty period (about a year from when I bought it). The fan works fine however. Zline sent replacement parts; however we still can’t get it to work.
