Everything is great with the hood. It looks great and works well. My only gripe is the protective coating wrapped into the seam and was sandwiched between two pieces of metal on the top of the hood. The coating would not pull off without tearing. This made for a lot of cleanup work in the seam with a razor blade that could have been avoided with a little more thought put into the assembly of the hood.

This hood is top quality! Super design and love the chimney top moulding. The fan is powerful but very quiet as advertised. Lights are perfect brightness, I wish they were dimmable. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

the hood is beautiful, unfortunately i'm still waiting on correct parts to arrive so we can finish the installation. i chose this hood because it was listed as "ships in 2 days" so i'm frustrated that there have been so many mistakes.
