Hard to get replacement parts!

I bought this to help my child who has some special needs. He loved it and would lay in it. The sound of the motor helped to calm him. The only thing I would say is to watch that the children do not stand on the compressor unit. My child barely bounced once on it and it went out. It has been difficult replacing it. The web-site was changing, we couldn't call about it. When I did get through, they said the only available parts were if it was under warranty. I didn't want to order a whole unit and have two inflatables. I only needed the compressor unit. I wish the company was better about that. So, we had it for about two months and now it is tucked away in a closet wishing we could use it.

Lots of fun but didn't last long

Overall, lots of fun exercise for my 5 and 3 year old children while it lasted. Purchased the jumper for my daughter's birthday. The product will not inflate after 8 months of usage. It appears that there is excessive air leaking from the seams of the slide and jumper pad. The fan works well. We live in San Diego where the weather is mild year around and the product was stored indoors and only placed on a soft grass surface whil in use. 90 day warranty on the inflatable portion of the jumper is a bummer considering the price. I wouldn't purchase this jumper again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

everyone loves the bouncy house

my 2 1/2 yr old grandson loves it... bounces and laughs the whole time he is in the bouncy house. My daughter-in-law can go in with my 1 year old granddaughter and they play while my grandson jumps... fun for everyone.

We bought this item for our son's second birthday as an last minute option of not paying the rental store prices. Setup was very quick and easy.It was a hit at the party with all the kids and our son plays in it every weekend in Florida.We also bought him a new kitchen and workbench but the bouncer was the best gift ever. He can't stop asking to play in the "bouce house". We are expecting another son in March and are sure that it will continue to get more usage for years to come.

Set up in less than 5 minutes. Put away in 5 minutes once deflated. Kids love it, but you need to watch multiple kids using it at one time to avoid injuries. Storage bag is plenty big enough for me to easily fit it in the bag. The shade makes it usuable in Texas sun, the biggest reason we bought this one. worth every penny.

Set up in garage. We watch our 2 and 4 year old grandkids while mom/dad work. Great to let them wear themselves out just before nap time.
