Great Fun

Bought this for my grandchildren. They played for hours. Well designed. Easy to assemble and pack away. I'm so happy I bought it.

We love it! My 3yr old and his friends wear themselves out in this thing! I put it in the backyard on a tarp so I dont have to comb the area for rocks/sticks/ground moisture everytime. We sometimes set it up in the basement playroom and put lots of balloons inside. So much fun... wish they'd make one for adults :)

Good Product - Terrible Service

We purchased this product for our 3-year old granddaughter's birthday. We diligently researched the requirements needed for setup, including area. How surprised were we when we opened the box, only to find out that not only was the required area much larger than the listed dimensions, but that the unit also required continuous electricity to be supplied. The instructions also say that extension cords are not to be used.
In addition to all this, it states very clearly on the box that once the box is opened, returns are not permitted.
When I called customer service to find out how long the power cord supplied by the unit is, no one could answer the question. I was told that someone from management would call me back the next day. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the call.
For anyone interested in purchasing this unit, the power cord is approximately 24-25 feet long. The required area is an additional six feet on each side with one side connected by a vinyl airflow tube to the compressor. We were also told by customer service that it is not to be used indoors. The instructions say it will be damaged if kept out in the rain.
The product itself seems great. We have used it twice and our granddaughter absolutely loves it.

Great gift for grand kids!

Amazing and worth every penny. Was surprised when my grand kids shared their first experience with this in their lower level rec room. I thought they would have to wait until Spring or set up in garage, but it was set up in the house. They love it and use it most every day.

Totally worth the money.

My 2 year old loves this toy. I balked at the price at first, but thought we'd give it a try. Totally worth it! Easy set up & easy take down. Wheeled storage bag is more than large enough to hold the house. Motor is quiet and does not bother the neighbors.

Blower Quit after one use

Was so excited to purchase this and the blower will not work after the first use. Tried everything to reset the blower. Disappointing.
