material didn't hold up

My 2-yr-old grandson absolutely loves this thing. The problem was that it tore easily. The material wasn't durable. My daughter-in-law spoke to customer service. Hopefully they will replace it since it is only a couple months old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love this bouncer! I have a 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old girls and they both enjoy it. They could jump in it every day if we let them. It is well worth the money for the joy it brings them. It is easy to setup and the canopy does give it some shade on a sunny day. Make sure to keep it dry and don't store it with any moisture on it. Ours has been ruined due to family leaving it out overnight to get wet and then not properly drying it before giving it back to us. So keep it clean and dry and it will bring the children years of joy.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT, SO WORTH THE MONEY. I HAVE A 2YR OLD & 9 MONTH OLD GRANDSON AND A 3 YR OLD GREAT NEPHEW & 1 1/2 YR OLD GREAT NIECE THAT HAVE HAD HOURS OF FUN WITH THIS JUMPER, I GET IN THERE WITH THEM SOMETIMES WITH THE LITTLE GUY, SO I KNOW IT'S DURABLE AND IT'S GREAT EXERCISE FOR THEM, I KNOW CAUSE I FEEL IT THE NEXT DAY. EASY TO USE, JUST TAKE OUT OF THE BOX AND PLUG IT IN BASICALLY, AND PUTTING AWAY IS JUST AS EASY, I BOUGHT THE WHEELED BAG THAT I KEEP IT IN, IT FOLDS UP EASILY. I READ COMPLAINTS THE THE CORD TO THE BLOWER IS TOO SHORT, BUT IT IS 25 FEET LONG, WHICH WORKS GREAT IN MY YARD. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE ABOUT IT IS, I WOULD LIKE THE MATERIAL A LITTLE MORE STAIN RESISTANT, AND THEY SAY YOU CAN'T GET IT WET, SO IF THE KID'S ARE PLAYING IN THEIR LITTLE POOL, WE CAN'T HAVE THE JUMPER OUT, BUT OVERALL I LOVE IT AND WHEN THIS ONE IS WORN OUT, I WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER!

Even in the cold !

We bouht the "jumping Castle" as described by my grandchildren, and we use it summer and winter, yes winter. I am in Toronto, ON, Canada and on sunny cold/brisk weekends I'll put it up when the kids come over and they have a real good time with snow; the bouncer has no rips, no seem damage, the blower works good, excllent quality, thank you. I guess maybe it has to do with the packing and storage I do, but still thank you for a great product.
