Excellent Investment!

We bought this for our son's 2nd birthday. We set it up for him the day of his party. EVERYONE loved it! We had everyone from one-year-olds and up boucing away. It is very sturdy. Our son is THRILLED and so are we. It's the perfect birthday present!

Why another blower? Why not separate?

It would have been nice if, once the nylon busted, to reorder only the nylon jumping gym and not to have to get another blower. What do I need with an extra blower?

Great Bouncer

Great Bouncer. We purchased it for my daughter's 3rd birthday party and it was a hit. It was extremely easy to set up and the shaded roof really helped with the sun and the little drizzle we had mid-day. It helped keep the bouncer nice and dry inside. The kids loved bouncing in it all day. The bouncer is also very easy to set up and pack away when your done.

everyone loves the bouncy house

my 2 1/2 yr old grandson loves it... bounces and laughs the whole time he is in the bouncy house. My daughter-in-law can go in with my 1 year old granddaughter and they play while my grandson jumps... fun for everyone.

Fun for over active kids

I bought this product for my nephews. One who is autistic and loves to jump up and down all the time. He has a blast in it. The older one can now have fun with his younger brother, since they can't communicate with words, they can share this with laughter.

I purchased one of these several years ago, and it is the best item I have ever purchased for the grandkids, It goes from house to house for Birthday parties, and other holiday events. Family and friends love this. Great entertainment for the kids. Have never had a problem with this --best money I have ever spent

Good Product - Terrible Service

We purchased this product for our 3-year old granddaughter's birthday. We diligently researched the requirements needed for setup, including area. How surprised were we when we opened the box, only to find out that not only was the required area much larger than the listed dimensions, but that the unit also required continuous electricity to be supplied. The instructions also say that extension cords are not to be used. In addition to all this, it states very clearly on the box that once the box is opened, returns are not permitted. When I called customer service to find out how long the power cord supplied by the unit is, no one could answer the question. I was told that someone from management would call me back the next day. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the call. For anyone interested in purchasing this unit, the power cord is approximately 24-25 feet long. The required area is an additional six feet on each side with one side connected by a vinyl airflow tube to the compressor. We were also told by customer service that it is not to be used indoors. The instructions say it will be damaged if kept out in the rain. The product itself seems great. We have used it twice and our granddaughter absolutely loves it.

My father-in-law showed up about a month ago after work one night with this in his trunk. We opened up the box and had it inflated in less than 5 minutes. Set up is a breeze and my kids love playing in it. The only complaint I have is trying to get it rolled up and back into the storage bag. Took a couple of tries the first time, but I've got it figured out now. Highly recommend buying it, beats renting one for over $150 for one afternoon.
