the safety pad on my daughters trampoline disintegrated and it has been put indoors in winter months. the problem is I can't purchase a replacement pad, I have tried every web sight possible.
What a disappointing product. The net and all padding and the curved foam covers absolutely disintegrated outside. In Minnesota. Stored in garage all winter. Was kept in mostly shade. Fell to shreds in the first summer. Can't imagine how it would do in a Texas summer. Don't waste your money
This is an outdoor product that did not hold up to the outside elements. The foam protector and netting has ripped at the top and the orange ribbon at the top has disintegrated. On the bottom, where the pad protector is has also just disintegrated so the filling is floating around the inside of the trampoline. I am shocked that an outdoor product is not made to last longer. When I called to see if the company could help, I was told it has a 90-day warranty, so it is out of warranty and you can order replacement parts online, the rep didn't try to help or assist me. My kids love bouncing on it but I don't know if anything else will fall apart on it.
I very disappointed with the durability of this trampoline. Ours is only a year only and the cover that covers the springs is already falling apart. My toddler was trying to get out and fell right through. I would think since this is an outdoor product it would hold up a lot better than it has.
