Replacement Net?

The net ripped on our trampoline after 2 years of use. Is there anyway to get a new net? As my toddler wants to play on it, but it's not safe without the net.

We have the trampoline inside the house. My Autistic son loves having this inside. Its to windy outside in my area and we suffer from allergies big time. This is the best trampoline ever. We are going to buy a new one only because the metal bars where the springs attach wear down and springs break from time to time. I've ordered over 15 springs so I can replace them as they break. Only thing I wish was that there could be a longer rectangle size. My boy is 6 and he loves doing tricks.

Important to follow Usage Instructions!

The usage instructions indicate "1 child" as the jumping capacity. So if you're going to let more than 1 child at a time jump not only are you making an otherwise safe trampoline dangerous you are not adhering to the usage instructions. It will not hold up and a serious injury could occur. Remember on ANY trampoline - one person/child at a time!!!!!!

After 1 year it’s destroyed!!

While we were all locked down last year during Covid my parents surprised my kids with this 7’ outside Trampoline (a little different version) and when it first arrived it was beautiful! One year later it didn’t survive a New England winter! We’re so disappointed b/c it looks so terrible outside but my kids still go in it & play… It’s ashamed that the material Little Tikes used is not more durable to survive the outside weather!

Poor quality

Purchased this for my son this was the second summer used.. it was taken down and stored proper for winter. My son has only used it a handful of times and the material has ripped .. only used twice this summer ... poor quality

Sun damage and ripping after one season

We purchased this product for my three year old son and it is well loved at our house, especially given the recent climate of the pandemic and limited outdoor activities/exercise. This blessing and fun favourite in our household, was a bit disappointing this year. After only one season or so of use and packing away we opened it this past week in July for a harsh surprise. The entire fabric border of the trampoline is faded, and ripped, the stuffing exposed in many areas and ultimately it is looks poorly kept and an eyesore in the backyard.
This is truly disappointing as my son loves and adores this activity. However, it is not safe, nor aesthetically appealing.... As well it will only continue to deteriorate. I would recommended re designing the fabric portion attached to the net, and then sending out a replacement to all who require it!

We are sorry to hear of your experience. The warranty on the Trampoline is 90 days and depending on the use the product gets and the weather conditions some of the parts will need to be replaced. Poor quality

After three years owning this trampoline it just fell apart. It is not weather resistant at all and the durability is very poor too. Although it has got a attractive look when new, I would not recommend buying it.
If the parts were not as expensive as a new trampoline, I probably would not be as upset. Not only it is not easy to buy spare parts, they're crazy expensive to replace. Very disappointing.

5 years and 4 winters later...still going strong!

We purchased this trampoline for my son's birthday...5 years ago! The first winter, living in the midwest, we brought it inside. After that, we covered it with a tarp and it's held up really well. The spring cover and "pole foam" is in need of replacing, and it's unfortunate that they do not sell those replacement parts separate from the trampoline mat. This trampoline has many years left in use, but I need to figure out the spring cover!
I would recommend this to a friend!
