This computer has been having glitching and freezing issues with the track pad. It glitches on startup and randomly during use both plugged in and in battery

The screen wouldn’t turn on after less than 2 days. My problem was more with the distributor (new egg) since getting a replacement took forever. Laptop was great before it stopped working though.

I’ve had it for a year now and it runs my games extremely well, even Skyrim with 50+ mods. There were some minor pixelation going on with icons and images within my web browser (Firefox) and within the file explorer, making things look low quality except when I was running a video game. Recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and that issue magically resolved itself which made me completely satisfied.

When the computer runs, it plays flawless. But I keep running into a blue screen error stating video TDR failure. It happens every time I try updating drivers and the first 1-2 times I try starting video games. After I restart the computer, it tends to go away but it's a new computer, it shouldn't be having these issues.
