This machine is great! It has the new and power efficient Ryzen 4000 mobile processor paired with a max q gpu. Overall a great gaming and productivity machine. Does run a little hot on cpu while gaming but as long as there are enough cooling, it performs fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

An excellent laptop all-around. It is technically up-to-date - even advanced compared to it's competitors, the fastest laptop (Ryzen 7) without heat problems I could find, well made, the price was reasonable, and it's thin & looks great. What's not to love. I would and have recommended it others.

Very good laptop. Unfortunately I have had a litany of problems with it since receiving it. It started with fan noise that still has not been resolved by Asus and now, less than 1 year later my SSD is dying. Very disappointed by the lack of quality control!

One of the best laptops around but there are numerous times that you need to restart the laptop due to freezes or unresponsiveness. But, overall it can handle modern titles and software perfectly.

Fan problems(overheating)in the first 2 months -> sent in for RMA -> Came back with more problems. Now I can’t reboot the laptop, have to keep it charged at all times, windows crashes and can’t start up properly without running out of battery first, runs on low frames(15 FPS on RTX 2060?!)

shipped with an ancient build of windows 10. nvidia driver was not working out of the box, had to reinstall after catching up windows 10. should have just done clean windows 10 install from usb from the start.
