Great Machine. No Camera? Added a 4TB M2 drive..great performance. Easy to install. Impressed with the design of the Strix. BIG power supply and additional supplies are expensive.

Beautiful screen, blazing fast, solid build in most ways but the incredibly loud fans started clicking (defective I assume) while playing fairly light games like Hades and the Room 4. Not looking forward to the complicated Asus repair process.

Great machine. All the power I could ever want for any game out there. You will want to use headphones because the fans are noisy but that is expected to keep this beast at operating temp and noted in previous reviews. It can get pretty warm if it's sitting on your lap so I use a laptop board.

this is not your ASUS laptop that you purchased to last more than 9 years no matter what hits it take! this low quality product with cheap body material and low quality low performing parts that don't worth spending money on!
my ASUS K55V fall down and broke its corner and still workng pefectly without any issue since 2013!
The Scar junk didn't last for 5 months!

I've had my laptop for about a year now, but only used it for a couple of days last year since I travel a lot and had only needed it for while I was in the United States (I visit family for about 2 months each year). This year I only used it a day before I realized that my battery no longer holds a charge (completely my fault). It was still perfectly useable while plugged into the wall. Unfortunately, I did not get to fully enjoy this laptop since the screen stopped about two days later and it is about to be mailed to ASUS for repair. It has never been dropped and it is sadly not a software issue. It would be five stars if it weren't for the screen failing on me.
