very insulated

The item is built well and keeps things cold or hot. With that in mind, If you put tap water in the bottle and then the refrigerator to cool it, aint happening. You need to put cold water in the bottle or tap water with ice or look for a non insulated bottle.

This product is incredibly well made. The bottle and its colour don't feel like they're going to scratch compared to the insulated bottles you can buy. I will definitely be getting more.
