Unable to consistently heat up my food

There is zero stress about ‘overcooking’. Just trust the settings. It does not matter what you are cooking …. Popcorn, reheating, defrosting, melting, etc…. It’s perfect every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into our new build. The microwave has never been used and is already broken. I’m still waiting on a magnetron part to fix the broken NEW appliance. I’d use my new Jenn air oven, but it is also broken and I’m waiting in a part. I’m hoping this is a fluke and it will never cause me problems again.

It opens every time I bump it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes some getting used to open/close, start stop, no timer. I wish there was a reheat feature for pizza, pasta, and soup. Also an “add 30 seconds” feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only get under counter microwave if your kitchen design doesn't allow a standard one... It's a fine microwave that does the job, but some of the things I dislike are: the drawer takes longer to open and close than being able to open and close a door yourself, and there should be one button for open/close instead of separate buttons - and same for start/stop

Cons: Hard To Use
