Love the drawer feature

Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

I have owned Jenn Air before and trust the brand. The only thing that I really do not like and would like to see improved is the open/close. I can just get near it and it will open.

Cool automatic drawer but...

I like that the drawer automatically comes out when you push the button...i push it ALL the time by leaning against the island which is frustrating. Yes, you can disable, BUT then you have to enable it every time you want to use it. The worst thing is the buttons don't light up and the text is super tiny. you have to squat down to get at eye level to see what to push. So, it is OK, and works well, but i wouldn't make the purchase if i knew what i know now.

Defective Microwave Drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this brand new and have had to have a technician come out 4 times so far and they still can't fix the problem. I want JenAir to replace the product. During normal operation the drawer pops open by itself. Also the cooking power on high doesn't seem to cook the food properly.
