Mic does not work with Windows10

I bought this headset to use with Microsoft teams/skype on Windows10. The MIC device does not work. Audio out works fine (sound is good) but you there is an issue with the MIC, windows recognizes it but does not get mic audio from the device. The headset works fine when connected to IPHONE?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You could check the audio input in the sound settings and select JBL Tune 700BT. Also, please check if you have the latest Bluetooth driver for your Windows 10. If you need more help, please reach out to our local distributor. https://bit.ly/30A9E21

One month after purchasing, the left side stops producing sound - so frustrating!!! Waiting to see if I can get a different model that hopefully works better, in exchange.

I like them however the up down volume on the earphones does not work

Sound cuts ?

Hey, just bought the headset, install was easy but the music is cut every few seconds when using my phone (trekker core M1). Works fine with old Samsung Tab A6... what can be done ? Phone is up to date, codecs look compatible, other bluetooth audio devices work fine daily ? What else ?

1. Please try removing the headphones to the Bluetooth settings of your phone and pair it again. 2. Try using the Aux cable to check if the audio will cut off.

Good Sound dont charge

Got these for a gift the sound is good but they dont charge regardless of cable used or charger only work with a auc cable

One end is a USB Type-A that goes to a USB power adapter, and the other end is a micro USB that goes to the headphones.
