I bought these not even a month ago and only used 10% battery life now my left side speaker completely stopped working! Am very upset about this

Mic not working

I have spend a whole day trying to get the microphone working, but whenever I troubleshoot it, it says device needs to be plugged in(device is paired or plugged in via Aux cable). I have tried via Bluetooth and Aux cable. Nothing seems to work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microphone of our JBL Tune 700BT only works through Bluetooth when on a phone call. Please make sure to choose Bluetooth audio when answering a call.

A good pair of headphones

So I got these headphones so I could listen to music while working out. I have now had them for 6+ months and I am ready to give you the pros and cons IMO.
pros: Great bass and overall music quality Long battery life Comes with a few accessories for the earpiece Good price for what you are getting
cons: The earphones easily picks up scratch sounds and so on. Especially when you're moving and the cable or any other part jumps around. The clip does not fully stop this.
They're called JBL inspite 500 when you pair them up which is kind of disappointing, as it seems to be such a small thing to change.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bluetooth Issue

The product is good. The sound is good. It is a nice, comfortable, over-the-ear headphone. The only problem is the BT connection. It does not keep a solid connection while multitasking on my laptop. Whenever I play music on my laptop while trying to do other things on it, the headphones crack and pop until the connection is stable again (but it never gets stable unless I only focus on one thing). I bought these to use with my laptop and the performance of the BT while multitasking is not able to handle it. Other than that, the product is solid. I will be returning these.
