As the title says, conditions, but the menthol, if you use too much WILL make your scalp tingle(burn).

I only have a ring of head hair, and keep that about 1/16" long. But i have a beard and Dear Lord this mint menthol rejuvinates the soul so i lather it into my beard every shower just for the aromatic experience. If i had a full head of hair I'm confident it would look like Ron Burgundy's.
