I have dandruff & it's winter & I only wash my hair every few days. I have found DC charcoal shampoo to be effective at scrubbing the dead skin and flakes off. I follow with a 2nd rinse with another dandruff shampoo, but have noticed a significant decrease in flakes immediately after showering when I use DC charcoal shampoo first. Will definitely keep using
