Amazing Sound quality

The sound quality is amazing. The software/drivers are a little glitchy but hopefully, that gets ironed out as the Software matures. Good build quality and comfortable ear cups. Very good value when on sale.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For PC they are decent, if for Xbox stay far away

For PC, wirelessly , these are decent.
They sound good and I've gotten compliments on how clear my mic sounds. Had to install the JBL software and update the firmware on the headset.
Battery life is good, I charge then at night when I see the battery getting low, so I can't really complain about not being able to use them while they charge.

For Xbox consoles, just buy a different headset, stay away from these. They don't work wirelessly for Xbox (as others have stated), worse yet if you plug into controller and have volume set higher than 50%, the sound from the speakers bleeds into the mic, which will annoy your teammates. I've tried different controllers, and even switched the 3.5mm cord and still have same issue. I was fortunate enough to be able to test another pair of these and it seems they all have the same issue. No point for me to contact CS to RMA if this product has design flaw.
Will return these to best buy as soon as they reopen in Ontario.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love These Headphones

Really great gaming set. The sound is really incredible for gaming and also movies/shows. Deep rich bass, but surprisingly good for music. The have a classy style and they feel like they are a quality product. I find them comfortable and I usually wear them for a couple hours at a time. My kids use them for many hours as well. We've had them about 3 months now with zero issues.
I only gave 4 stars because the volume dial is positioned in such a way that I turn it every time I remove the headphones and the volume is different when I sit back down. A bit annoying. I also think that the battery life could have been a bit better (especially with te RGB on... turn it off with the software to extend batter life). Lastly, the software keeps calling for a firmware update to the headphones, but the update fails every time. So the software is not perfectly polished. In addition, I didn't find the 7.1 tech improved the gaming experience. I have it turned off because it sounds the best to me.
Aside from the negative points mentioned, I REALLY love the sound and performance of these headphones. They work amazing where it matters most... Sound Quality. I'm considering getting a second pair to replace an entry level wired gaming headset on a different computer. If you are on the fence, go ahead and buy these. I think you will be impressed.
