A OK headset with broken software

1. Unable to save color settings
2. Device is disappearing from sounds settings
3. Sound is missing in screen captured clips
4. Foam padding popped out after a year (easy fix, but still...)
Well, I gave it a shot and tried to like this headset
but all of those things together makes it unusable. Back to Logitech.

We also recommended to ensure that they selected the JBL Quantum 600 as the audio input and output of their device.
