Excellent Headset for Multiple Uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is flat-out amazing! I was initially skeptical of a wireless model at this price point being good, but it was more than I could have asked for.
Sound Quality: -The sound is on-par with any other (more expensive) headset I've used. The clarity is immediately noticeable, and seems to match an array of soundtracks, from games to videos and music. -Would recommend playing with the volume adjustment features out-of-the-box before playing, as the first time I needed to adjust the volume was mid-game. Once dialed-in, however, the experience was terrific!
Battery & Charging: -Battery life is terrific - able to play for quite a while before needing a re-charge, and even then, the USB-C charging is faster than even I anticipated. -As expected, you cannot charge these headphones and use them simultaneously. Reading other reviews, it appears this is a common complaint, although I would assume this to be the case as with most other electronics.
Overall: -Felt like this headset exceeded expectations. Loved the aesthetics of the black/orange color combination, as well as the quality of the sound and battery life of the product.
Would certainly recommend to others looking for an upper-range gaming headset!

It’s ok

I don’t like that when you plug the Wires into the Xbox that the lights turn off and I can’t even change the surround sound I tried everything kinda a waste of money tbh but the audio is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback about our JB Quantum 600. Please note that RGB will not light up when connecting with 3.5mm cable to any device (PC, Console, Mobile, etc.) because the cable doesn't have power enough for the RBG lighting. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

Can’t use it for mobile or Zoom

I bought two for myself and business partner because I read marketing material that claimed it could be used for mobile and for Zoom. Not the case. Can’t find any useful information that allows me to do this yet, so I just bought two really expensive rocks. What a waste. Would turn this review around if there was troubleshooting accessible to this effect, but couldn’t find anything in their material.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work with xBox

I didn’t read closely enough I guess...you need a cord if you’re using this with xBox so ended up returning. The package came nice though! :)

Incompatible with multiple platforms

Bought these because I wanted high sound and mic quality. Found out that these are not compatible with phone, Zoom, Google Meet, or my Dell Alienware. Have never had the Bluetooth work correctly once.

Our JBL Quantum 600 doesn't have Bluetooth capability. It has a 3.5 mm aux cable (Compatible with Xbox™, PlayStation™, Nintendo Switch™ | Mobile, MAC, and VR) and a wireless USB dongle 2.4 GHz (Compatible with PC, Mac, and Playstation).
