Can't be recommended....

I have recently bought a pair of JBL TUNE7000BT, used them with my laptop in a online meeting just to find out they totally switched off after some time, if this is a power saving feature it is a bad joke. Microphone does not work when using the audio cable, only with BT, which unfortunately turns off. Come on JBL, you can do better..... :-/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the product/headphones support the Bluetooth Profile HSP, most likely VOIP programs will work. We can, however, never guarantee this. Turns off in the middle of the calls

I use Teams calls and bought this headset for my MS Teams calls, but it turn off all the time in the middle of calls

Turns off constantly

When connected to a pc, switches off after 30 minutes.
Doesn't matter what you're watching or doing.

If the product/headphones support the Bluetooth Profile HSP, most likely VOIP programs will work. We can, however, never guarantee this. You can connect using a 3.5 mm aux cable. Great headphone for music! Not that good for calls

I bought this a week back to gift my boyfriend. The design is great and attractive. The sound quality is definitely worth the cost and it considerably isolates outside noise when you are using the headphones. But the mic isn't that good when you are on a call. The receiver hears almost all the noises around you when you use the headphones to speak on calls. Its a great one to buy if you are just going to use it to listen to music or watch videos. But if you'd like to stay on long calls, this might not be the best wireless headphones for that.

Comfortable

It’s only being a few days but I’m truly relieved I made this purchase. I work a desk job where we are allowed to listen to music, this blocks out most office noise and is easy to use. Previously I had been using google pixel buds and those couldn’t hold a charge longer than 5 hours so it’s a relief to have something that can go for a few work days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as sturdy as one would expect

Pros:
- ease of use
- decent sound
Cons:
- build quality is poor. After a month of normal everyday use the left earpiece fell off it's metal shaft that allows the ear cup to rotate.
- regardless of how much you try and set these up to fit your head, they will always fall of if you look up or down. No need to shake your head, they just plop off
- the head strap adjustment is way too soft and you'll find your self accidentally pulling the strap loose.

Great sound, Bluetooth tech a let down

Very comfortable, excellent battery life, excellent sound when it works, works good on my smartphone but a struggle on my Laptop especially since Windows 11. Starts good on Zoom & Teams, but after 5-min into a call or meeting trouble with sound start up to completely broken.

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL TUNE 700BT shouldn't have any issues when used with third-party communications apps like Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or MS Teams. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using. Always get the latest Bluetooth driver version available for your PC or Laptop.
