Pretty Nice

So my wife and I have been hearing from some of our friends how great Bidets are. So for Christmas we purchased this item. We knew we wanted warm water and warm air. This unit meets those needs. There are some places this unit falls short in my opinion. First installation sucks the card you need to use to try and line everything up is next to useless it is very much trial and error. What should take about 20 min took about 45 lost tweak tighten loosen tweak tighten.
2 this is a small thing but would have been really easy to do well but “LUX” bidet cheaped out. For probably an extra dollar they could have put a 90 degree cord cap on the cord so the wire ran flush (get it flush) to your wall and then bundled behind the toilet... practically invisible. Nope straight cord that probably sticks out 5” from the wall.... nice and classy like.
3 there is an auto shutoff I haven’t figured out how to defeat. It seems if you don’t use the toilet for a day it shuts off and when you realize it is off and need it you are now treated to some “invigorating” cold water.

I was very happy with my purchase of the E890. It works well and definitely does the job. It is downright luxurious when compared to the freshwater (as in cold water) bidet that we have. A few criticisms and some deserved praise follow. It would be nice if the nozzle was a bit more maneuverable. The instructions could also be a little bit clearer regarding the need to physically insert the rubber plug replacements through the holes in the porcelain. But the unit was easy enough to install. I also owe an apology to Customer Support. I thought that the placement card was missing; turns out that it was not. But Customer Support promptly sent a new one and I got it by mail within a week, which is pretty good considering what is going on these days. I am very happy with my purchase.

We like the Luxelet E

We like the Luxelet E890 so much we bought another luxe bidet product for our 2nd bathroom. We really appreciated that the company said it would be delivered in a week and they both actually arrived on time. It seems like a well made product. Time will tell, but I’m optimistic!

Great bidet

This Bidet changed my live for the better. The water warms up and aims just right. As a mother of three young kids, I was first unsure how my kids would feel about water shooting them in the bum. But the first time using it was a great experience. It cleans good and dries good. The remote is a great, too.We all love it. The installation was easy and very easy to use.

Every penny is worth it!!

Luxe E890 is super easy to install and neat looking because it doesn't have control panel on the side. (separate remote is available) Cleanliness (external/internal of bidet) is always my top priority and this bidet fills my satisfaction, even though I've used many other brands' bidet more than 10+ year. I am really happy with this purchase and I would like to buy for my family as well. Great product! You won't regret :)
