Great size for my needs

Replaced a chest freezer when I downsized.Easy access easy to find what I want! Quiet and easy to move where I need it to be!The extra space beyond my fridge freeze allows me to take advantage of sales and store leftovers, especially soups will be great for extra produce come summer. Wish the shelves could be moved, but a minor problem!

Good freezer so far.

So far so good. Just 2 weeks in. Right size to to compliment our small freezer with our fridge. Bought during the pandemic to have extra supplies on-hand. Like that it is Energy Star rated and does not have shelves on the door which take up interior space and makes the unit less efficient. Like the plastic containers at the bottom for individual meat package storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great price and design, but poor components

We have two of these freezers to store produce through the winter months. Our first one is 2.5 years old and the top freezing element has stopped working already, leading to food spoilage in the upper third. Maybe it was a poor unit, but just some caution from an otherwise content customer. At this point, we will see if we can repair it for 150/hr plus parts (!) or junk it for a new one. Disposables freezers shouldn't be a thing, right?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ordering online was a breeze. However, the girl I spoke with over delivery was down right rude and when I called her on it this is what I got, " I am tired of Customers telling me how our company should work" I explain in a very calm voice that in no way did I even come close to telling her anything of the sort. My question was could the drive call when he was close as I would have to guide them into the park. She then proceeded to tell me I should have called two days before. Well I had an emergency and things change. I told her she is in the wrong job. The drivers did however call me and I met them. Two very pleasant guys and apologized for the mishap.

It fits perfectly in its new home. Keeping everything frozen the way a freezer should. Nice and silent that you don't realize it is even there.
