as the title says just about everything is fine but if you plan on adding memory via ssd or something, good luck as you can't even open the enclosure to add/remove cables. It has no power cables free or at least ones visible that you could use to mount to an ssd or hdd. I can't recommend this if you want to add more space. It might work through externals only. The only m.2 is taken by the small ssd with the operating system on, so unless you've got a bigger one with an operating system on you cant really place it. Also its behind the graphics card.

So far this computer is great. Fast and graphics are awesome. I gave it only four stars for two reasons. First the VGA port does not work at all. Why put a port on that doesn't work? Maybe I was just doing something wrong but I was able to get a HDMI cable and that worked fine. Second the pamphlet that came with the computer had a 24 hour 7 days a week support line to call but when I called around 8 pm I got a message saying the times they were open. That doesn't sound like 24/7 to me. Other than that I have been very pleased with this computer. I do recommend it to everyone who likes gaming.

Not the Best Quality

Bought this on sale. For the price you get pretty decent performance. I was expecting more from the Ryzen 7 but the i7 still beats it in benchmark scores that I did. The 2070S allowed for great frame rates but was underperforming on benchmark tests. Not sure if there was an actual problem with the card. Overall I didn't like the cheap feeling case and the fans that were really loud. Also the keyboard and mouse that comes with it are very cheap with no RGB at all.

loose power supply

i paid $2000 for this computer so i expect everything to be in working order when i receive it. the power supply is loose which causes the computer to shut down constantly and could potentially cause an electrical short circuit. besides that, the computer is a beast and was worth the price, as even buying the exact same generic parts alone and building it yourself would cost you more than buying this pre-built. but now since there is a newer GPU about to come out in october with much better specs, and the same price as the current gpu in this computer, it may not be worth the price anymore. i will be returning this and waiting for that gpu.

Was my first time buying a pc, it runs perfectly and easy to set up, for gaming I just can’t seem to get 240 stable in game for fortnite, cod and overwatch, not to mad cause gameplay feels solid usually around 200 FPS range to 240 sometimes I wouldn’t recommend this if ur tryna be a competitive gamer but it runs great for a average joe that likes to go god mode from time to time

Disappointing Video Card

This computer has a very cheap motherboard and cooling system, they are simply not working well. The GPU overheats and display goes away or lines appear on the monitor. Even the CPU overheats...
There are better desktop made with lower specs but better performance. I will return this desktop back.
