Great Tent For Car Camping!

I bought the 4-person version of this tent to replace our 11-year-old Asolo tent. My wife and I go through one about every 10-12 years, and this one looked like a feature-packed choice that should easily last that long. So far, so good! We love the large internal space and quick, simple setup, and the tall doors make it easy for me to get my 6'2" old body out without any undue histrionics. The unique packing method is a bit fiddly at first, but gets easier each time it's done. My only complaint with that it gets pretty dirty if done on anything other than a paved surface. Not a big deal, really, but something to consider. Kudos to whoever came up with this. It shows some nice thinking.
My only nit with the tent, and the reason for only giving it 4 stars, is that the gear lofts do not stay in place no matter how you try to make them do so. The ceiling loft popped loose with a gust of wind and dropped all it's contents on us in the middle of the night. I plan to cure it with some strategically placed dental floss, but I'm hoping that the great folks at Klymit find a way to address it in future production runs.
I highly recommend this tent!

Great headspace, easy setup, amazing features

The cross canyon 3 is a pretty compact for a 3 person tent and and it is a true 3 person tent. There is plenty of room, in fact I went on a backpacking trip with myself (6’3” and 220lbs, and two other men who are both over 510 and 180 lbs and there was plenty of room for us and some gear! As a taller person I enjoyed being able to sit up in the tent even near the side walls. The double doors and vestibules make it easier to get in and out without climbing over anyone. The storage is superb and exceeds most tents I’ve seen in the past as well.

Great build quality with plenty

Great build quality with plenty of space for 2 people. Still learning the best way to pack back up, has a outer bag like a sleeping bag does but it does seem to make it very compact. Perfect for backcountry camping.

Durable and Affordable

I love this tent! Great ventilation, and moisture control. Durable during rain and snow. A little on the heavier side but it packs up nicely! one of my favorite features is the roll matt it comes with to pack itself up. Easy to install in the dark. I definatley recomend this product. You get the quality of a higher end back packing tent at an affordable price. Perfect for any entry level backpacker or backcountry hunter who doesnt want to break the bank.
