Doesn’t work properly no customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my husband. It doesn’t work properly most of the time. You have to fiddle with the nob to get it to work. I reached out and filed a claim on the kitchenaid web site and they sent an email asking for essentially the same I do I had already provided in my claim. Nothing has happened since…I guess they don’t care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Smoothie was Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old school KitcehAid blender-and felt so bad giving it up. It was solid with the heavy glass container (and featured different settings) , so I was hesitant to purchase the newer model. I used it the same day I got it -and I was NOT disappointed. I made a smooth and could actually feel how powerful the blades where! No regrets!
