Works well, connector isn't the greatest

The pump works well and helps to keep the moisture down when inflating with your lungs. My experience is that it has enough power to inflate fully without having to add more from your lungs for the final push. So far, battery life has been good tested over about 5 inflations between charges (haven't run it down all the way yet). The connector could use a bit of improvement. You must hold it in place at the pump and at the pad valve. Not a huge deal, but the only downside for me.

Only used this once, it works great but it doesn't pump the air mattress up all the way I still have to put air in it myself. But it's better then having to blow up the whole thing by myself. Doesn't deflate that well.

Works better than blowing it up on your own and worth the weight to pack. The rubber tip is not the easiest to reattach and use.

Inflates fine but...

Inflates my pad just fine. However, the attachment piece that actually connects to your pad isn't designed very well and the rubbery part comes off and you have to constantly be putting it back on.
Edit: The part I had was defective. Klymit replaced and that solved my issue. Updated to four stars.

Haven't actually used it to fill up my pad yet. Out of the box, the charging cord didn't work...no sweat though, I have plenty of cords at home and with a cord that works, it charged quickly. I'll update after camping this coming weekend. Stay tuned...

Works, but design is severely lacking.

It needs to go back to the design stage and tested by users. The on/off switch needs to changed to a sliding switch, not a depressible one. The power switch is easily pressed by your gear and it turns on by accident. If you are on your motorcycle, you will never hear the pump running and the battery will be discharged by the time you get to your destination. The rubber nozzle never stays on the white piece of plastic. Every single time I've wanted to use the pump I have to fight to get the nozzle back on and stay on. I spend more time trying to get that nozzle back on that if I have just manually blew up the mattress. I currently have it duct taped on, but I doubt that will hold. I also recommend that the inflate and deflate ports be clearly labelled. Easy enough to figure out which is which, but why make people experiment to find out. Just put labels there. As it is currently designed I do not recommend this pump.
