The design of pockets of air to the outside tapered to the inside look decent for keeping you in one position. I will be camping with this in 2 weeks it will give me a good test then.

Great Little Pillow

This pillow packs up small (a little bigger than a deck of cards) and is perfect for backpacking or similar. The design helps keep your head from slipping off however the material is slippery and it slides off your sleeping bag. If they could make it so it's not slippery I'd give it 5 stars.

My head always rolls off

My head always rolls off of pillows in the backcountry when I sleep. But NOT with the Pillow X. My head stays perfectly centered and comfortable the whole night through! Thanks Klymit for making a very pack-friendly, lightweight, affordable and super comfortable pillow! I will defintely be telling others about this!

Once again the design of this simply works!. No matter how you sleep, this pillow supports your head. It is compact, inflates in a couple of breaths and weighs next to nothing. Great pillow!
