I took the Klymit Pillow X on a trip with 25+ nights of camping and it really exceeded my expectations in comfort and it held up for the entire trip. For as packable as it is, a model with 30-40% more volume would be nice to have some extra support, especially for side sleepers.

Sore neck approved

I have been having issues with a sore neck, after a fall earlier this year. I was worried before a backpacking trip, as the issue flared up, and I wasn’t able to get in to the chiropractor before I left. However, this pillow was great on the trip (and has been on all other tips) - it is just the right height, and cradled my head, helping alleviate the pain. The pillow does not fit inside my mummy bag if I want to tighten the hood. I didn’t have issues with the pillow sliding out of place, when used beneath the mummy bag hood. When I do not have the mummy bag’s hood over the pillow, I put an extra layer (shirt or puffy) over the pillow, as the pillow surface isn’t soft/cozy. This pillow packs small & is easy to blow up.

The pillow is very light but the x design doesn’t work. It puts four points of pressure on your head which doesn’t work for my comfort :u1F974:.

Good neck support
