Seems great for a free pillow

I haven’t gotten a chance to test it in the wilderness yet, but lying down on it whenever it came in, the shape cradles the back of your neck when you lay on the pillow, making it very comfortable when on flat, relatively hard ground.

Haven't used this camping (yet) but I can attest to its performance as a lumbar support. This turned an comfortable office chair into a much more comfortable one! That's magic. And in such a small, lightweight package.

Extremely comfortable

I am a side sleeper and I really enjoyed this pillow because I was able to sleep on my side and not wake up the next day with neck pain. This pillow was used on a short 3 day camping trip.

I was suspicious of the fact that they were practically giving these away, but upon trying the product I was pleasantly surprised. I weigh about 185lbs and this pillow, as well as the v-seat, work wonderfully. Thank you.
