It's Ok

Full disclosure, I have only had the chance to sleep on the pillow at home and have not been able to sleep on it while camping/backpacking. Although I think that this is better than the option of stuffing clothes into a stuff sack as a pillow, I feel that there are better options out there for me. I'm a side and back sleeper changing throughout the night. I found that the angles of this pillow were distracting and hurt my neck. I still intend to take this camping next time I go and will update my review after.

I received my Klymit pillow. Process was easy and received it quickly. I can not review it completely yet as I have only taken it out and blown it up. Looks to be okay. If there was one concern it would be the air valve looks cheap and hope it last. Pillow weighs nothing and packs very small.

Nice for the weight

I have the green XL version which has a nicer feel, but there are tradeoffs to losing weight. I think of this as a different tool. Good pillow for weight conscious hikers.

Two major pros: The X shape makes for a super comfortable cradle for the head. And the valve allows for precise inflation, full, partial, your choice.
It's the best I have found.

The pillow works fine if you sleep upside and don't move. It has a funny shape and air distribution in the X, so if you are a side sleeper or move, air will redistribute and make noise like if it was loosing air.
