The only reason I gave this an 8 is because I thought the pillow would have had more loft. I am a side sleeper that uses two pillows to sleep with normally and I was hoping this pillow would have been close to that. I ended up using my Klymit V Seat in addition to my Luxe Camp Travel Pillow during my recent outing to get the loft I was looking for. The pillow is well constructed and overall very comfortable.

Great buy

Over all this product is excellent. I took it for a four day trip in the Adirondacks and it was perfect. It’s the most comfortable inflatable pillow I’ve ever used. It’s super easy to wash the outer cover when you’re done. Only draw back was it’s a little larger than other pillows when rolled up but it’s definitely work the sacrifice of a little space/weight to have that comfort. Definitely one of my best buy’s for backpacking.

Best thing you didn't think you needed

I impulse bought this, but it's seriously changed my camping life for the better! It packs down small and is light, so I've taken it backpacking. I wouldn't camp without it now. Great product!

Pillow valve

The valve for this pillow is not a one way valve. As a result, a fair amount of air is lost when closing the valve. Certainly could use some improvement.

Good nights sleep

I'm posting this review the first morning after tent camping using the Luxe Pillow. I'm a belly sleeper and found it very comfortable and of adequate size. Per another review I didn't inflate fully. I really bought it for hammock camping so maybe next week I will do that.
