I bought this pad when

I bought this pad when I got tired of "self-inflating pads" being only an inch (at most) and not ever really inflating enough to me comfortable. I read the reviews, listened to the sales pitches and was admittedly skeptical, as I had always used "famous maker" brands and had never heard of Klymit.
Wow. Impressed at the first use! This pad rocks! Even on rocks! I'm a side sleeper, so the shoulder and hip areas are important. This pad is more than adequate. I liked it SO much, I upgraded to the thicker V-Luxe model for colder weather. I later gave the V2 as gifts to a couple of hiking buddies, and even bought a shorty model for hot summer and ultralight use.
I cannot say enough good things about the brand, the construction or the variety.

I purchased one of these for my deployments with Team Rubicon. I love how compact it is, how quickly it sets up and breaks down. Its a little stiff and I kind of wish it was a little more padded for ground sleeping.

I had bought one of these for my son and even at 8yrs old he could blow it up and roll it back up for storage. We are looking to get several more for the rest of the family.
