I look to cut weight from my pack when leaving from base camp. This pad is light weight and is very comfortable. Did not loose any air durning 4 day trip. Packs down very small

Good overall

I bought this product with the intention of using it in a hammock due to the price, and I’m overall happy with it and the quality of sleep I’m able to get. The only problem is that it’s a little uncomfortable and I’m super scared of poking a hole it in from the quality of the product. I think it’s super easy to set up but it’s difficult to expand the mats purpose outside of what it’s made for. Still a great product though.

Very comfortable pad and easy

Very comfortable pad and easy to inflate and deflate. I like the design of the valve and the rapid deflation option. It packs small. I have used many variations of pads and this one is the best. The design seems to help circulate air when in contact with the body so I didn’t sweat like I have when using other pads. It can be a little noisy when moving around in the tent, though.

Great pad and customer service

This pad is comfortable for side, stomach, or back sleeping for an average to low-weight female. It inflates quickly and easily, is lightweight and compact, and is about as quiet as you can get for a pad when you shift around during the night. It's painful to even think about going back to my 20 year old foam pad, to say the least.
After 3-4 years of consistent non-winter use, it lost the ability to hold air for a whole night and I wasn't able to find a leak at home. But, Klymit to the rescue! I sent my pad back in and Klymit honored their limited lifetime warranty, even though I wasn't even sure if my issue would apply after having had the pad for so long already. I was greatly impressed with their customer service, even mid-pandemic! Excited for many more years of comfortable outdoor sleeping.

You can't go wrong

I now own two Static V pads, one of which I've used extensivly for the last two years. I work on a wildland fire helitack crew and I was living out of my truck sleeping on this pad every night on and off work. Comfortable, packs down small, about the size of a nalgine bottle. The only negative (which Klymit has since changed, this is an older pad) is the inflation valve, it would often get stuck and spin freely while I was trying to deflate the pad.
Really though this is one of the best pads on the market at a great price point. Solid piece of gear, highly recommend!

perfect for light packing

Traveled to Philippines last year knowing we possibly may not have mattress to sleep in for a couple of weeks. I decided to buy these for our trip with the family. We end up using it throughout the whole trip. It's compact and it's definitely better than sleeping on a plain wooden floor.

Seems to be well made and is very comfortable. I purchased this for wildland deployments so I hope it stands up to the test this summer.

The sleeping mat does what
on April 9, 2020

The sleeping mat does what it is supposed to do. It is packable and light weight. I personally found the mat to be too narrow and it doesn't provide a very comfortable nights sleep. But it is a trade off for weight vs. comfort and the price was decent.
